B-AIR Sound Festival: Globalspecificity/(To)hear the World I 16. 6.
June 16th , at 18.00 in the atrium of ZRS SAZU there was a presentation of the project Sound as a thread of life. The project is based on academic research and recorded testimonies of fifteen survivors of Sarajevo siege.
The project includes three elements: a documentary The Story of the Siege with testimonies on the memories of the sounds of war by authors Lejla Odobašić Novo and Emir Klepo, the electroacoustic sound composition Symphony of the Sieges created by the composer Haris Sahačić, and the sound composition Peace, created on the basis of music therapeutic research by Mirsada Zećo.
From 18-19 of June you could hear the electroacoustic sound composition by Haris Sahačić and the radio remake of Mirsada Zećo's installation testimonies on the Ars program.
