Mindfulness meditation and breathing exercise

The Forest Bath is a mindfulness meditation and breathing exercise that helps the child and parent focus on the present moment. It is a welcome mechanism for regulating stress and other emotional states. This radiophonic work was created in collaboration with Dr Ivana Kreft Hausmeister.
