Round Table – Music for All

Focusing on examples of existing practices and potential new models, the conversation will explore the possibility of integrating culture, art, education and health, and will seek answers to the social or psychological impact of music and sound art in the field of culture and the arts, and how to make art accessible to the youngest and most disadvantaged individuals and groups. Music is of great importance for health, development and rehabilitation, but unfortunately for many people it is less accessible than they would like, according to the panel discussion at the symposium on the importance and accessibility of sound and music.

Participating are: Uršula Cetinski (Cankarjev Dom Cultural Centre), Valerija Bužan (Down Syndrome Slovenia), Franci Krevh (Slovenian Philharmonic), Tadej Meserko (Ministry of Culture), Antonina Šel, M.D. spec.
