We present the project that is aimed to heighten the awareness of music's potential in Slovenian healthcare. We organized webinars, radio broadcasts, and a pilot study involving musically inclined physicians. We laid the groundwork for a hospital radio, recognizing the absence of formal education on music's therapeutic value in medicine. Surveyed physicians favored passive music interventions, citing the challenge of accommodating diverse musical preferences. Our research brought forth inquiries: Can music in silent healthcare spaces mitigate resistance to interventions? How to surmount barriers like varied music tastes? What measures are needed for music's clinical application? How to educate future medical professionals and foster collaboration? A future study will propel music's incorporation into healthcare. We invite insights from professionals worldwide.
