Bazaart’s mission is to foster development of the performing arts and their dialogue with society at large. Bazaart focuses on artists’ cooperation with relevant experts in Serbia and the Western Balkans region on projects that encourage interdisciplinary research, artistic practice, and education based on performing arts. Bazaart is particularly focused on supporting youth participation in cultural activities. Through development of the regional network of collaborators, Bazaart contributes to the growth of individual artists, audiences, artists’ interchanges, cooperation and communication, and as such, strongly influences the development of the most important societal tendencies in Serbia and the region.
