In collaboration with the Grigor Vitez Elementary School, we organized a research and workshop on the Soundpainting method led by our colleagues Tena Novak Vincek and Lucija Stanojević. The research involved two phases of work: observing the process through retrospective analysis of sound and video, and analyzing the narrative of professional learning through a focus group with facilitators using art and game-based research. Since the Soundpainting method was applied with vulnerable groups in both cases, one of the goals was to compare the work in both contexts. In both cases, children were introduced to basic Soundpainting signs, explored graphic notation, and composed their own motifs through various games. The workshops concluded with small concerts featuring the composed pieces.
