Workshops focused on sound memories by paying special attention to acts of remembering and how sound memories are narrated. The first workshop took place online in February 2022 and was preceded by a listening exercise provided by Finnish partners. The workshop analyzed listening exercises and considered the potential and applicability of the program in Slovenian and Serbian contexts. Participants were also instructed on how to carry out the fieldwork regarding the European Evening of Sounds programme and how to conduct interviews with sound recordings.
In May 2022 workshop, organized in Slovenia, we focused on analysing the prerecorded interviews and considered the possibilities and challenges of executing the European Evening of Sounds, call-in programmes involving journalists, researchers and artists from Finland, Slovenia and Serbia.
